P.J. Broderick & Co., Auctioneers, was estabilished in 1973 and since then have given a professional, personal and friendly service. In recent years P.J's sons, Peter & David, have joined the family business and all are members of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute. The practice concentrates on all aspects of property sales including Residential, Commercial, Land Sales, Lettings and Valuations. P.J. is a founder member of Irish Pub Sales Ltd. In 2000 P.J. estabilished Premier Land Sales specialising in the sale of farmland under the supervision of Michael Slattery and this company has secured record prices in recent years.
